SpeedFreek RC: a DeLand-area web design story
From our storefront on North Woodland Boulevard we see how much a Florida builder of custom fiberglass RC racing boats depends on being found online.
This DeLand showcase page explains what SpeedFreek RC had on the web before and what a product-led store for hulls, assembled boats and parts looks like today.
What SpeedFreek RC looked like before
Our DeLand team pulled the Wayback Machine capture dated February 9, 2011 for speedfreekrc.com.
That archived homepage, titled “Home page”, showed a stock Magento storefront template with a Home Page heading and sidebar boxes.
The SpeedFreek RC website now
Today the site gives a Florida builder of custom fiberglass RC racing boats a product-led store for hulls, assembled boats and parts.
The screenshot below is the SpeedFreek RC homepage DeLand visitors see right now.
Why a DeLand computer store cares about SpeedFreek RC
A clear website matters as much to a Florida builder of custom fiberglass RC racing boats as it does to 1 Computer Outlet DeLand, because people check online before they drive anywhere.
